Housed within the Wooli Hotel Motel, this bistro serves gourmet Italian pizzas, bistro burgers and pub classics from a leafy beer garden. It’s run by Emilio Liquete, who trained under Beppi Polese of Sydney’s Beppi’s Restaurant, and works local Wooli oysters into several dishes.
