Fresh Wooli Oysters
The Wooli Wooli River is one of the cleanest estuarine systems on the NSW coast, and its blend of tidal flow and salinity makes it prime growing water for Sydney Rock Oysters. Fresh oysters are sold direct from local suppliers, usually harvested the same day, with the main season running from October through to April.
