Yuraygir National Park’s remote 4WD tracks connect Wooli to Sandon and Pebbly Beach through candlebark forest and heathland, opening up one of the largest stretches of undeveloped coastline in NSW. Illaroo campground, tucked among trees a short walk from the beach, makes a good base for exploring the tracks or continuing on foot along the coastal walk.
